Ending Needle Phobia & Injection Fear

Do you have a needle phobia and fear of injections? Along with dentist fear and driving fear, this is one of the most common things I help people successfully overcome.

You may have been able to successfully avoid needles up until now – but then you find you need one, perhaps at the dentist, or for a blood test or to go abroad, and all that fear of injections is right there (as you probably knew that one day you would have to face it but that was always for another day….). A Simple Way to Weaken Social Anxiety

Social anxiety can strike in any situation where you are around others and need to interact. And it can be particularly acute if you feel you can’t escape such as in a meeting or when speaking in public.

So here I share a simple technique that will help start to soften the grip of your social anxiety.

With social anxiety there is that underlying fear and worry about what other people may be thinking about you – that fear of being judged or criticized. And that fear generated those what ifs – what if I mess up , what if I say something stupid or dry up, what if they think I’d weird or an idiot and so on.

Ending Your Dentist Fear

How I helped Steve Miller End His Blood Phobia

Do you struggle with a blood phobia? If you do then just the thought of it or the mention of it may be enough to get you feeling anxious and fearful.

And that fear of blood may mean that certain films and TV programmes are off limits and there is no way you could even contemplate a blood test or giving blood!

As with any phobia, your mind has learnt that blood spells danger and so anything to do with it can trigger your fear response as your body automatically gets ready to take action to escape.
